Spy versus Spy

I just finished watching the second season of Burn/Notice and thought to myself "wow Michael Weston is so much cooler than James Bond". I back this up with Bond needing fancy high tech gadgets made by Q (?) and heavy artillery to help him out. Michael Weston using problem solving skills and Mcgyver like abilities in building his own devices to help him. So which do you think is a better spy, Michael Weston or James Bond?
